Why Summit Strata Was Created
Summit Strata Solutions was founded with a straightforward purpose: to give strata managers a single, trusted contractor they could rely on across every aspect of body corporate maintenance.
After years working across Brisbane’s body corporate industry, it became clear that the biggest frustration for managers wasn’t price — it was reliability. Contractors who don’t show up. Quotes that go quiet. Jobs completed to a poor standard with no follow-up.
